Cucumber Water!

I drink water a lot but why not put fruits in my water?

I was first introduced to cucumber water recently because of this post. I thought it was odd but intriguing. I'm going to try it at home then.

Many people on Twitter are enjoying it too. (/edit: And I've read that cucumber water is offered in some spas.) Here's someone who put slices of cucumber in a pitcher full of cold water and ice and liked drinking it. Other things you can put in there are orange peels and lemon slices. If you're going to try it, just make sure you wash the fruits very well especially if you are not using organic fruits.

It is said that cucumber is made up of around 90% water so if you do not drink enough water, cucumber is good for you. However too much of it can cause bloating. But if you're drinking cucumber water, you don't really eat the cucumber because you're just after the taste anyway so drink up!
